First Lady Michelle Obama will be in Philadelphia tonight for a get-out-the-vote rally at the University of Pennsylvania.The rally in support of Democratic candidates is set for 7 p.m. and motorists should be prepared for possible street closures and delays in University City beforehand and afterward.
The First Lady's trip comes just two days after President Obama came to the city for a similar event, underscoring the importance Pennsylvania races have been assigned by the Democratic Party in its bid to retain control of Congress.
