kwame kilpatrick again on twitter,the federal government today indicted former Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick, his father Bernard Kilpatrick, city contractor Bobby Ferguson, former top Kilpatrick aide Derrick Miller and former water department chief Victor Mercado as part one of the largest public corruption investigations ever in the City of Detroit.

Derrick Miller’s attorney, Leon Weiss, said the grand jury system is biased toward the prosecution, pointing out that not even witnesses can have an attorney present when prosecutors make their case for an indictment.
